  • In mid 2001, Genoscience concluded the acquisition of GenMol and developed specific applications in disease management and drug discovery. Genoscience out-source research and development when possible and appropriate. Its organisation allowed Genoscience to optimize resource allocations and to make quick decisions on the priorities of the development program.
